Group plans to open local office
13 Apr 1993The Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA) is planning to open an office in
Bahrain, said ASCA president Talal Abu-Ghazaleh yesterday.
The society is registered in Britain and has regional offices in Cairo, Amman and Kuwait.
“I will be starting discussions with the Commerce and Agriculture Ministry for establishing a regional office in Bahrain,” said Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh.
He said the office was expected to be in operation before the end of the year.
ASCA has more than 400 members and 750 students.
